Halloumi burger

Nell'attesa di avere un momento di tranquillità in cui sedermi e scrivere delle cose sensate, ecco a voi il panino che più mi é mancato quando sono ho lasciato la Svezia: l'halloumi burger! Non vegano - perché l'halloumi é un formaggio, ma ci sono troppo affezionata per poterlo abbandonare. Penso che la cosa che mi faccia impazzire di più sia la sua consistenza spugnosetta. Βene, basta, vado a studiare svedese. Ciao!

Hoping to have soon a moment of peace where I can sit down and write something sensible, I'll show you the burger I missed the most when I left Sweden: the halloumi burger! It's not vegan, of course - halloumi is a cheese - but I love it too much to stop eating it. I think it is its consistence that drives me crazy. Ok, I have to go to study Swedish. Enjoy!
